Terms of Service.

The guidelines for using Jobs safely, fairly, and respectfully.

Last updated August 18, 2026

Welcome to Jobs (the “Website,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website.

Jobs provides an online marketplace that allows employers and job seekers to connect. We are not an employer, staffing agency, recruiting agency, employment agency, or representative of any employer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use this Website.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, protecting access to your account, and all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information when necessary.

Account limitations. You may not create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, bans, suspensions, payment obligations, or other enforcement actions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account is used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Company profiles, authorization, and ownership disputes

Company profiles on Jobs are platform records created and maintained by users. A company profile may be associated with a company name, website, domain, business email domain, or other identifying information provided by users or available to Jobs.

Initial company designation. The first user to create a company profile may initially be designated as the company profile owner or administrator. This designation is an administrative feature of the Website and does not establish or determine legal ownership of the company, its business, trademarks, trade names, domain names, assets, or other property. Jobs may subsequently change the designated owner or administrator based on information or documentation we consider relevant.

Authority to act on behalf of a company. Any user who creates, claims, manages, edits, or posts jobs under a company profile represents and warrants that they are authorized to act on behalf of that company for those purposes. If a user purchases job postings, credits, subscriptions, or other paid services on behalf of a company, the user further represents that they have authority to make that purchase and bind the company to the applicable transaction.

Users must not create, claim, manage, or use a company profile without appropriate authorization, impersonate a company or its representatives, or falsely represent an affiliation with a company.

Domain and business verification. Jobs may consider signals such as access to a company email domain, control of a company website domain, or other company-controlled resources when evaluating whether a user appears authorized. For example, access to an email address using a company's official domain may be considered relevant evidence of affiliation or authorization.

Domain control, possession of a company email address, creation of a company profile, payment for a service, or any other individual factor does not by itself establish legal ownership of a company or conclusively determine who is legally authorized to act for it. Jobs may consider multiple factors and may request additional information or documentation.

Company-related records and access. Jobs may associate job postings, draft job postings, company information, job-posting history, purchased credits or balances, account permissions, applicant information, and other platform records with a company profile or the users authorized to administer that profile. A user's creation or administration of these records does not give that user personal ownership of the company, its business assets, or other property belonging to the company.

Where a user acts on behalf of a company, the user's departure from, termination of, or change in relationship with that company does not automatically give the user a continuing right to control the company's Jobs profile or to remove, transfer, retain, or use company-related platform records for personal purposes. Jobs may modify access or administrative permissions when we receive information indicating that a user's authorization may have ended.

Company ownership and authorization disputes. If two or more users claim authority to control the same company profile, or if a company disputes a user's authority, Jobs may take administrative steps to protect the platform, but we do not review or resolve business or ownership disputes.

During a dispute, Jobs may, in its discretion:

  • Temporarily restrict or freeze access to the company profile.
  • Prevent new jobs from being published or purchased.
  • Restrict changes to company information or account permissions.
  • Require one or more parties to provide information or documentation supporting their claimed authority.
  • Change, suspend, or remove a designated company profile owner or administrator.
  • Transfer administrative access to another user.
  • Merge, consolidate, deactivate, rename, or otherwise modify duplicate or conflicting company profiles.
  • Remove content or activity that we reasonably believe was submitted without appropriate authority.
  • Take any other action we reasonably consider necessary to maintain platform integrity or prevent unauthorized use.

Jobs may request information to help manage platform access, but we are not obligated to evaluate or rely on any specific documentation or disclose our internal verification methods.

No arbitration of corporate disputes. Jobs is not a court, governmental authority, corporate registrar, or arbitrator and does not determine the ultimate legal ownership of a company, business, trademark, trade name, domain, or other property. Our decision to grant, restrict, suspend, or transfer access to a company profile is an administrative platform decision and does not constitute a legal determination of ownership or authority.

We may decline to make a determination and may require the disputing parties to resolve their dispute independently through their company, legal counsel, a court, or another appropriate process.

First creator does not have permanent ownership. A user's status as the first person to create a company profile, the person who initially entered the company information, the person who created a job draft, or the person who initially paid for a service does not by itself create a permanent right to control the company profile. Jobs may change administrative control when we determine that another user has provided more persuasive evidence of authorization or when necessary to address fraud, abuse, security concerns, duplicate profiles, or other platform integrity issues.

No guarantee of verification. Company information, affiliations, job postings, and user authorization are not verified by Jobs. Any administrative designation or domain association is for platform functionality only.

Disputes between users and companies. Jobs does not mediate or intervene in disputes. Users must resolve disagreements independently through their own processes or applicable legal channels.

If you believe a company profile has been improperly created, claimed, controlled, or associated with another user, you may contact us via our Contact Form. You should provide sufficient information for us to identify the company and understand the basis of your claim. Jobs may request additional information before taking action, and we do not guarantee that any particular dispute will be resolved in favor of the person submitting the claim.

4. Employer responsibilities

Employers agree that all job postings must be truthful, accurate, and represent legitimate employment opportunities.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that job postings accurately describe the position, duties, qualifications, location, compensation disclosures required by applicable laws, and any applicable requirements.

Employers must comply with all applicable employment laws, including equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination requirements, as well as our Community Guidelines.

Employer representations

By posting a job, employers represent and warrant that:

  • They have the authority to publish the job listing.
  • The position represents a legitimate employment opportunity.
  • The information provided is accurate and not misleading.
  • The posting is not intended solely to collect personal information.
  • The employer will use applicant information only for legitimate employment-related purposes.

Prohibited employer content

Employers may not post or promote:

  • Fake, deceptive, or misleading job opportunities.
  • Jobs intended primarily to collect personal information.
  • Illegal opportunities.
  • MLM, pyramid scheme, or deceptive compensation arrangements.
  • Positions requiring applicants to pay upfront fees.
  • Duplicate, excessive, or unrelated promotional listings.

We reserve the right to remove any job posting, restrict visibility, or suspend employer accounts when we believe it is necessary to protect users or maintain platform integrity.

Employer handling of applicant information

When a job seeker applies for a position, employers may receive application materials including resumes, candidate profile information, contact information, application responses, uploaded files, and other information submitted by the applicant.

Employers are solely responsible for their handling of applicant information. Jobs does not control employer systems or employer data practices. This includes collection, storage, retention, use, disclosure, and deletion of applicant information. Employers may retain copies of applications and applicant materials received through the Website according to their own policies and legal obligations.

Employers agree to comply with all applicable privacy, employment, and data protection laws when processing applicant information.

Jobs does not control employer practices after applicant information has been provided and is not responsible for an employer’s retention, use, or handling of applicant information.

5. Job seeker responsibilities

Job seekers agree that all resumes, candidate profiles, applications, uploaded documents, and other submitted information must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Users may not submit false qualifications, fabricated employment history, forged documents, stolen identities, fabricated credentials, or fraudulent application information.

Candidate profile visibility

Job seekers control whether their candidate profile is visible to employers through available privacy settings. Information already submitted to an employer through an application cannot be withdrawn from that employer's systems by Jobs.

Resume and profile creation tools

Jobs may provide tools that assist users in creating candidate profiles, including tools that extract information from uploaded resumes or documents.

These tools are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee that automatically generated profiles, extracted information, or suggested content will be complete, accurate, or error-free.

Job seekers are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving their profiles, resumes, applications, and submitted information before sharing them with employers.

9. Employment relationships and verification

Jobs provides a platform that allows employers and job seekers to connect. Any employment relationship, job offer, interview process, compensation arrangement, workplace relationship, or dispute exists solely between the employer and job seeker involved.

Jobs is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports, background checks, credit reports, criminal history reports, employment verification reports, or other screening services regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Employers may not use information obtained through the Website as a substitute for legally required background screening processes or for purposes that would require compliance with the FCRA unless the employer independently fulfills all applicable legal requirements.

Employers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment screening, consumer reporting, privacy, and employment laws.

10. Payments and billing

Certain features of the Website may require payment, including job postings, featured listings, advertisements, premium placement, subscriptions, packages, or other paid services.

Payment authorization

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize Jobs and its payment providers to charge the applicable fees associated with your purchase.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

If Jobs offers subscription-based services, subscriptions may automatically renew at the selected billing interval unless canceled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal if you no longer wish to continue receiving the service.

Refunds

All purchases are final unless required by law. Paid services are provided without guarantees of visibility, performance, or results.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer protection rights or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

Unless required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for job postings, featured placements, advertisements, premium services, subscription periods, recurring packages, early removal of listings, account restrictions, or termination resulting from violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Users are responsible for reviewing purchases and verifying information before completing payment.

11. Content moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, flag, remove, edit, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, create risk for users, or negatively affect the Website.

Reporting tools are provided for convenience only and do not create any obligation for Jobs to act on reports. We do not represent or warrant that reporting features will be continuously available, functional, or error-free, nor do we guarantee that any report or flag will result in review, moderation, or removal. Although we may review content and activity, we do not guarantee that all violations, inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate conduct will be detected, investigated, or prevented.

We may modify, remove, suspend, or terminate any reporting features, content, or account access at any time without prior notice or liability.
